Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs, separated
- 4 tablespoon melted butter
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg yolks, and melted butter.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter.
Heat aebleskiver pan and grease each well. Pour batter into each well and cook until golden brown, turning with a skewer.
