Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 unit Egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each into a bagel.
  5. Brush each bagel with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
  6. Place the bagels in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let the bagels cool slightly before serving.
