Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each into a bagel.
Brush each bagel with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
Place the bagels in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the bagels cool slightly before serving.
