Air Fryer Breakfast Frittata
A quick and easy breakfast frittata made in the air fryer.

Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped vegetables, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
