Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
