Air Fryer Zucchini Chips Recipe
Crunchy and healthy zucchini chips made in an air fryer.

- 2 medium Zucchini sliced thin
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko preferred
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Eggs beaten
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dip zucchini slices in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Place coated zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
