- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Water
- 1 Apple, diced
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add rolled oats and reduce heat to a simmer.
3. Stir in diced apple and cinnamon.
4. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender.
5. Remove from heat and stir in honey if using.
