Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and lemon juice.
Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Repeat with 4 more sheets.
Spread the apple mixture along one edge of the dough, then roll up the dough to enclose the filling.
Place the strudel on a baking sheet and brush with more melted butter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
