Ingredients

  • 6 Apples, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • 1 package Phyllo dough
  • ¼ cup Melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and lemon juice.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Repeat with 4 more sheets.
  4. Spread the apple mixture along one edge of the dough, then roll up the dough to enclose the filling.
  5. Place the strudel on a baking sheet and brush with more melted butter.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
