Asian Coconut Rice Recipe
A simple and delicious coconut rice recipe with an Asian twist. Perfect as a side dish for any meal.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Jasmine rice
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let it simmer for about 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let it sit, covered, for an additional 5 minutes.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve warm.
