- 8 pcs Corn tortillas
- 4 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Chorizo cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 pcs Avocado sliced
- ¼ cup Salsa
Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
In the same skillet, scramble the beaten eggs until fully cooked.
Assemble the tacos by placing some scrambled eggs, cooked chorizo, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, and avocado slices on each tortilla.
Top with salsa and serve immediately.
