Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados ripe
- 8 Tortillas small
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Slice the avocados and place them in a bowl.
2. Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to the bowl. Mix gently.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Warm the tortillas in a pan over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side.
5. Fill each tortilla with the avocado mixture and serve immediately.
