- 4 large Russet Potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and dry the potatoes. Prick them with a fork a few times.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, or until tender.
