Basil Tomato and Mozzarella Sandwich

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread preferably ciabatta or sourdough
- 2 oz Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- 6 leaves Fresh Basil
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Slice the bread, mozzarella, and tomato.
2. Layer the mozzarella, tomato, and basil leaves on one slice of bread.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Top with the second slice of bread. Serve immediately.
