Main Ingredients
- 3 pounds Beef Brisket
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 6 pieces Sandwich Buns
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Season the beef brisket with salt and pepper.
Place the brisket in the slow cooker. Add sliced onions on top.
Pour BBQ sauce over the brisket and onions.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Once cooked, shred the brisket using two forks.
Serve the shredded brisket on sandwich buns.
