Beef Bulgogi Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef ribeye, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 1 small Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and onion. Mix well.
2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade. Mix until the beef is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until it is browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
