Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef chuck cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 cups Beef broth
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 200 g Egg noodles
  • 2 Green onions chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the beef over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, sliced carrots, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, until the beef is tender.
  5. 5. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
