Boneless Buffalo Wings Recipe
Spicy and crispy boneless buffalo wings perfect for any game day or party.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken breast, boneless and skinless cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.
2. Dip chicken pieces into buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
5. Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels.
6. Toss fried chicken in buffalo sauce until well coated.
7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
