- 4 pieces Pork tenderloin pounded thin
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 buns Hamburger buns
- to taste Lettuce, tomato, pickles for serving
1. Pound the pork tenderloin pieces thin.
2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs.
3. Season the pork with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded pork until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
