Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Crushed Ritz crackers for topping
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted, for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
