Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Blue cheese crumbles
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce to the pot. Stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with blue cheese crumbles.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
