- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 0.5 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs large
- 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, sugar, melted butter, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the center is set.
Let the pie cool completely before serving.
