- 2 large Tomatoes sliced
- 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil leaves
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze optional
1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
2. Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving plate, alternating between them.
3. Tuck basil leaves between the slices.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, if using.
5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
