Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top each chicken breast with slices of mozzarella cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
