Chicken Makhani
Chicken Makhani, also known as Butter Chicken, is a popular Indian dish made with marinated chicken cooked in a creamy tomato sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup Yogurt for marination
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice for marination
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste for marination
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala for marination
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder for marination
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, and red chili powder. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until it's no longer pink.
3. Add tomato puree and cook for another 10 minutes.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and kasuri methi. Cook for another 5 minutes, then season with salt to taste.
5. Serve hot with naan or rice.
