Instructions
1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.

3. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly.
4. Add potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
5. Stir in cooked chicken and milk. Heat through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
