- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Miso paste
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 oz Ramen noodles
- 1 cup Spinach
- 2 pcs Green onions, chopped
- 2 pcs Boiled eggs, halved
1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, water, garlic, soy sauce, and miso paste. Bring to a boil.
2. Add shredded chicken and ramen noodles. Cook until noodles are tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
4. Ladle soup into bowls and top with green onions and boiled eggs.
