Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Miso paste
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 oz Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 pcs Green onions, chopped
  • 2 pcs Boiled eggs, halved

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, water, garlic, soy sauce, and miso paste. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add shredded chicken and ramen noodles. Cook until noodles are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Ladle soup into bowls and top with green onions and boiled eggs.
