  • 4 slices Bread whole grain or white
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 piece Lettuce leaf
  • 1 piece Tomato sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Toast the bread slices in the same skillet until golden brown.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the toasted bread slices.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich by placing the cooked chicken breast, lettuce, and tomato slices between the bread slices.
