Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and beef broth.
  6. Add chili powder, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
