Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 4 packages Cream cheese, softened (8 oz each)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 large Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool in oven with door slightly open for 1 hour.
  5. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
