  • 4 cups Cornbread, crumbled
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled cornbread, chicken broth, celery, onion, melted butter, poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in beaten eggs until well mixed.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
