- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 can Creamed Corn
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 large Eggs beaten
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, milk, creamed corn, melted butter, sugar, and salt.
Whisk in the beaten eggs until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
