- 500 g Chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
Dip each tenderloin into the flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the crumbed tenderloins on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
