Main Ingredients
- 1 quart Dandelion petals freshly picked
- 4 cups Sugar
- 1 gallon Water
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 package Wine yeast
1. Collect dandelion petals and place them in a large pot.
2. Pour boiling water over the petals and let steep for 24 hours.
3. Strain the liquid into a fermentation vessel.
4. Add sugar, lemon juice, and wine yeast to the liquid.
5. Cover and let ferment for 2-3 weeks.
6. Bottle the wine and let age for at least 6 months before drinking.
