  • 1 cup Pancake mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 quart Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and egg.
  3. Dip Oreos in the batter, making sure they are fully coated.
  4. Carefully place the coated Oreos in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
