Dutch Oven Beef Stew Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 3 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Red wine
- 2 Carrots, sliced
- 2 Potatoes, diced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add beef and brown on all sides.
2. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in tomato paste, cook for a minute.
4. Pour in red wine, scrape up any browned bits from the bottom.
5. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
