Eclair Cake Recipe
This is a simple and delicious no-bake eclair cake recipe that tastes just like an eclair.

Main Ingredients
- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix 3.5 oz each
- 3 cups milk
- 1 container frozen whipped topping thawed, 8 oz
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 can chocolate frosting 16 oz
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth.
Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
Top with another layer of graham crackers, then the remaining pudding mixture, and a final layer of graham crackers.
Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
