Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- ½ cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 pack Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, and ground pork.
2. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
3. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
