- 4 slices Bread preferably thick slices
- 2 units Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon Butter for cooking
1. Cut each slice of bread into 3 sticks.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
4. Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture, coating well.
5. Place the coated bread sticks onto the skillet and cook until all sides are golden brown.
6. Serve warm with syrup or your favorite toppings.
