- 2 large Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 3 tablespoon Butter divided
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Flour
- 3 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the apple slices and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
Pour the batter over the cooked apples in the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
