  • 1 cup Fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 liter Club soda
  • 1 piece Lemon, sliced

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine ginger, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Strain the mixture into a bottle. Add club soda and stir gently.
  4. Serve over ice with a slice of lemon.
