Goat Stew Recipe
A hearty and flavorful goat stew perfect for a cozy meal.

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Goat meat cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 2 cups Diced tomatoes canned
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the goat meat and brown on all sides.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours.
Add the carrots and potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Continue to simmer for another 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
