Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Serve hot.
