Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Chuka noodles or any other type of ramen noodles
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 100 g Ham sliced into thin strips
  • 1 piece Cucumber julienned
  • 1 piece Tomato sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard optional

Instructions 

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and mustard (if using). Set aside.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook until set. Remove from the pan and slice into thin strips.
  4. Arrange the noodles on a plate. Top with ham, cucumber, tomato, and egg strips.
  5. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toppings. Serve immediately.
