Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork ribs baby back or spare ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. 2. Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
  3. 3. Pour water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
  4. 4. Place the ribs on the trivet, standing them on their side if needed.
  5. 5. Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 25 minutes.
  6. 6. Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  7. 7. Preheat your broiler. Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce.
  8. 8. Broil the ribs for 5-7 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
  9. 9. Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
