Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Jalapenos sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar in a bowl.
  3. 3. Spread the cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
  4. 4. Add sliced jalapenos on top of the cheese mixture.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  6. 6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
