Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, ginger, and water.
  2. Whisk the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
