Korean Soft Tofu Stew Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 pack Soft tofu about 300g
- 1 cup Kimchi chopped
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
2. Add chopped kimchi and cook for a few minutes.
3. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add gochujang, soy sauce, and mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Gently add the soft tofu and break it into chunks. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
