Korean Street Toast
A delicious and easy-to-make Korean street food sandwich with eggs, veggies, and ham.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Carrot, shredded
- ¼ cup Cabbage, shredded
- 2 slices Ham
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Ketchup
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix in the shredded carrot and cabbage.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set, then flip and cook the other side.
4. Remove the egg mixture from the pan and set aside.
5. Add the remaining butter to the pan and toast the bread slices until golden brown.
6. Assemble the sandwich by placing the egg mixture and ham slices between two slices of toasted bread.
7. Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the inside of the bread slices, sprinkle with sugar, and serve hot.
