Lava Cake Recipe
Delicious molten lava cake with a gooey center.

Main Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Stir until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt until thick and pale.
Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Add the flour and gently fold until combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
Let the cakes cool in the ramekins for 1 minute. Run a knife around the edges to loosen and invert onto plates. Serve immediately.
