Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup Onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup Green Onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 20 pieces Spring Roll Wrappers
- 2 cups Oil for Frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onions, green onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto a spring roll wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per batch.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
