Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Elbow macaroni
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 3 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Gradually whisk in milk, and cook until the mixture thickens.
5. Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked macaroni and stir to coat.
7. Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
