Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup corn fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup green beans chopped
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 1 cup potatoes diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, corn, green beans, carrots, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Add the crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
