Maryland Crab Soup Recipe
A hearty and flavorful soup made with fresh crab meat, vegetables, and Old Bay seasoning.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup corn fresh or frozen
- 1 cup green beans chopped
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 1 cup potatoes diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, corn, green beans, carrots, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
3. Add the crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
